Heroes On The Water (Isle of Man) supports veterans, serving and former emergency service personnel, other uniformed members of the public and their families through kayaking, kayak angling and other supportive activities.

Information on this website is provided to explain our charitable work, promote our events and activities, receive enquiries, encourage volunteering and facilitate donations.

10. Donation payments

The payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for technical failures or interruptions within a third-party payment service, although we will provide reasonable assistance where a donation appears to have been processed incorrectly.

11. Donation refunds

Charitable donations are generally voluntary and non-refundable.

  • We are legally required to provide a refund.
